• Lead monthly Operational and ICT Risk reporting to Executive Management and governance forums Provide a comprehensive ICT risk view with key risks, trends and issues Deliver concise executive-level reports focused on strategic decisions Analyse risk information to identify emerging risks and systemic issues Align reporting with the enterprise risk management framework and methodology Coordinate and lead risk reporting across Operational Risk, ICT Risk, Technology Resilience, Third-Party ICT Risk, ICT Incident Management, Operational Resilience, KRIs, Risk Appetite Metrics, Internal Audit and Regulatory Findings Develop executive briefing papers and management summaries for Senior Management and Board Committees Establish reporting standards, governance and quality assurance processes and drive automation and data visualization Tasks Extensive experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk or Risk Reporting within banking or financial services Knowledge of DORA, NIS-2 and ICT risk regulatory expectations Experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting Strong understanding of operational risk, ICT risk and technology governance Ability to interpret complex risk information and translate into clear executive insights Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience developing management information and dashboards using reporting/visualization tools Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive reporting improvements Key requirements
