Senior Manager Stakeholder Management

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.Managing and overseeing the implementation and delivery of a range of stakeholder management services to support commissions and provides line management leadership and guidance for others within the assigned Hub as required. You'll be responsible for:Directing stakeholder management strategy and implementation.Building trusted client and stakeholder relationships.Directing teams on stakeholder management requirements.Managing risks, issues, governance and performance reporting.Developing functional plans, processes and KPI tracking.Integrating stakeholder management across relevant disciplines.Mentoring junior colleagues and supports resourcing activities.Championing compliance and net zero carbon transition.You'll need to have:Up to 5 yrs experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of a stakeholder and communications services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.Progressing towards achievement of chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of professional a relevant professional institution e.g. association of project managers.Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) or equivalent.
