Senior Manager, SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance, Technology and Transformation

As an SAP Enterprise Asset Management Senior Manager, your role will involve:

• Lead SAP enabled transformation programmes with focus on Plan-Design-Make-Operate sub capability within the SAP Supply chain offering
• Participate in client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring subject knowledge in SAP EAM or similar SAP supply chain capabilities
• Facilitate fit to standard and detailed design workshops within your functional area, gathering business requirements, converting them to meaningful Functional requirements and mapping out business processes
• Be a 'trusted advisor' to a set of clients having managed engagements on delivery in a large programme
• Grows a strong network internally and within a client sector to increasingly lead or originate their own sales pipeline aligned to a defined business plan
• Orchestrate and manage implementation plans that maximise the SAP technology's potential whilst minimising implementation risk.
• Designing and configuring end-to-end solutions and ensuring deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Role model and leader within their teams, creating an environment that values and develops individuals and champions collaboration, respect & inclusion
• Building and sustaining client relationships whilst identifying, leading and supporting potential sales opportunities.
• Bringing the expertise necessary to provide leadership and coaching of the team whilst broadening and enhancing our internal capabilities.
• Supporting development of the Deloitte business, brand and reputation
• The role will involve travel to client location depending on the project requirements.
  
  Extensive experience in the delivery of both Greenfield and Brownfield implementation engagements
• Proven experience in leading pre-sales, Discovery, and Prepare engagements
• Ability to drive key design decisions and propose relevant options based on good practices
• Significant experience in owning and developing material for bids and sales propositions, specifically around supply chain transformation in Manufacturing, including Enterprise Asset Management & Customer Service.
• Extensive experience in leading multiple end-to-end SAP EAM implementations, including SAP EAM/PM, CS/Service, SSAM, and APM integrations,
• Must also have expertise in at-least one of the other manufacturing areas such as SAP PP, SAP QM, and/or SAP PS
• Strong understanding of cross-functional modules such as SAP PS, PPDS, FICO, EWM, and MM, with proven expertise in system integration between SAP S/4HANA and shop floor systems.
• Extensive experience in designing key Asset Management objects, including Functional Location hierarchy, Equipment Master, Bill of Materials, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and specialised capabilities such as Linear Assets, Shutdown Management, and MRO Operations.
• Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset management including Business Network for Asset Collaboration (BNAC), SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM), Resource Scheduling, Asset Performance Management, GEF, and others
• Experience in developing integrated solutions and integrating SAP with other technologies such as MES, Primavera, ClickSchedule and Maximo
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes across industries.
• Experienced in working with senior members of client teams and driving design discussions
• Knowledge of system enhancements and excellent hands-on configuration skills.
• End-to-end knowledge of business processes across industry
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Experience with data migration and cutover planning.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desirables
• Certification in SAP Associate - Enterprise Asset management (On prem or cloud)
• Certification in SAP Associate Production planning (On prem or cloud) and SAP Associate quality management.
• Industry experience working on the field/shopfloor for maintenance execution/manufacturing setup.
