Senior Manager - Marketing Theme

Marketing Lead for a dedicated Market theme, reporting to the Eminence Marketing Director and working closely with the wider marketing and eminence team, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that support Deloitte UK's business objectives and elevating our brand.

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for AI
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including service line leaders, business development teams, and subject matter experts.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and track return on investment for all marketing activities.
• Analyse marketing data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the marketing landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  
  Proven experience as a high performing Manager or Senior Manager within professional services
• Strong understanding of the UK market and the professional services landscape.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple
• channels.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
