We share the collective intelligence and risk sharing expertise of the market's brightest minds, working together for a braver world. Our role is to inspire courage, so tomorrow's progress isn't limited by today's risks. Our shared values: we are brave; we are stronger together; we do the right thing; guide what we do and how we act. If you share our values and our passion to build a future that's more sustainable, resilient and inclusive, you'll find a home at Lloyd's - build a braver future with us. We're looking for a Senior Manager Employee Engagement & Market Programmes to help us turn ambition into action. This is a role for someone who knows how to move culture from words to behaviours. Someone who can blend insight, influence and delivery to create real change across the Corporation and the Lloyd's Market. What you'll do You'll play a central role in delivering Lloyd's culture and
engagement agenda, working across the Corporation, the Market and our external partners. You'll: Act as a subject matter expert on culture and colleague engagement, shaping strategies, tools and approaches that support new ways of working. Lead key market and Corporation-wide programmes, including the Market Policies & Practices (MP&P), Culture Survey and Culture Upskilling. Design and deliver engagement surveys, working closely with external providers and senior leaders to track progress and impact. Create high-quality reports and presentations that land clearly with senior stakeholders and governance forums. Lead Lloyd's charitable partnerships, fundraising and volunteering programmes, ensuring they deliver meaningful impact for our communities. Build strong relationships with delivery partners and suppliers, managing outcomes, budgets and
quality. And you'll do all this while collaborating closely across the Culture, Talent & Communities team to deliver the Global People Strategy. What you'll bring You don't need a perfect CV. But you'll likely bring many of the following: Experience designing and delivering culture, engagement or talent programmes in large, complex organisations. Confidence working with data, insight and benchmarking to inform decisions and influence change. Strong stakeholder skills, with experience advising and presenting to senior leaders. Programme leadership experience, managing multiple workstreams, partners and budgets. A collaborative leadership style, with experience motivating and developing others. Most importantly, you'll care deeply about creating environments where people can do their best work. Diversity and inclusion are a focus for us - Lloyd's aim is to build a diverse, inclusive environment that reflects the global markets we work in. One where everyone is treated with dignity and
respect to achieve their full potential. In practice, this means we are positive and inclusive about making workplace adjustments, we offer regular health and wellbeing programmes, diversity and inclusion training, employee networks, mentoring and volunteering opportunities as well as investment into your professional development. You can read more about diversity and inclusion on our website. We understand that our work/life balance is important to us all and that a hybrid of working from the office and home can offer a great level of flexibility. Flexible working forms part of a total reward approach which offers a host of other benefits over and above the standard offering (generous pension, healthcare, wellbeing etc). These include financial support for training, education & development, a benefit allowance (to spend on our flexible benefits such as gym membership, dental insurance, extra holiday or to partake in our cycle to work scheme), employee
