Our client based in London is a boutique Management Consulting practice looking to bolster out their I&S Post Deal Function after some excellent growth throughout 2025. AMA has made multiple successful engagements with this client and is a key account for our firm who we are excited to be working with again.
If you have worked in I&S, Post Deal Post Merger Integration with a financial mindset you will be suitable for this opportunity. Our client is looking for someone for Senior Manager to Director level professionals for this role and are eager to speak to candidates who show the relevant skills in integration and separation capabilities
Experience Required
- Experience in Post-Deal Integration & Separation functions within Financial Programmes
- Be financially minded with experience in deal programmes where finance functions were required to work on
- Preferably have come from a Management Consulting/Advisory background such as (Deloitte, KPMG, EY & PwC)
- Must know how to communicate well with clients and have stakeholder management capabilities
- Led a team as a Senior Manager, and have good management capabilities
- At least 6 years experience for Senior Manager in this space, closer to 10 for Director level
Offering
- £93,000 - £135,000 base salary + 30% - 40% Depending on Grade
