Deep expertise in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR strategy
Strong experience in job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and reward design
Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
A passion for making reward systems more equitable and impactful
Crucially, you must be trained or qualified in the Hay Group Methodology
