Full Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the post holder will be responsible for reporting and financial management for Division and will jointly support leading the management accounts team. The post holder will coordinate and manage the provision of a robust and accurate financial reporting service both internally and externally and adapt to meet new or changing information needs. This post will work collaboratively with the Finance Business Partner providing exemplary financial performance reports. An experienced and highly motivated finance manager who will look for innovative solutions to deliver the financial reporting requirements which supports the Trust's financial performance agenda., Lead the financial reporting of the Divisional care group in line with required timescales, ensuring information is accurate, timely and robust. An ability to adapt to changing reporting requirements will be a key part of the role and innovative efficient solutions sought.
Support the Finance Business Partner with the consolidation of the internal financial performance reports and external financial monitoring returns, in line with required timescales ensuring they have been reviewed for consistency and accuracy for the division.
Lead the annual budget setting process for the Division care group ensuring that budgets are developed to take account of operational plans that are aligned with workforce and activity plans. Also provide support and advice on financial and non-financial aspects of the Business Plans
