Senior Locally Employed Doctor in Paediatric Epilepsy

This post is ideally suited to a locally employed doctor wanting to work within a busy complex epilepsy service with a comprehensive range of epilepsy treatments and specialised clinics, a busy neurophysiology department, and RMCH being one of four nationally commissioned Children's Epilepsy Surgery Service centres, in partnership with Alder Hey Children's Hospital.

There are numerous opportunities to contribute to teaching and education as well as research and audit. The post-holder will build on experience within paediatric epilepsy, including complex epilepsy services such as ketogenic diet, VNS, tuberous sclerosis, cannabidiol, and epilepsy surgery services. Experienced will be gained within an inpatient and outpatient setting.

The Manchester Paediatric Neurology Service provides tertiary level care for children with neurological disorders throughout the North West of England.
