Full Job Description
- Generate and book valuations.
- Qualify and service new applicants.
- Carry out property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support).
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Estate agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent - Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
