Senior Learning Manager, Worldwide Commercialization Learning, UK / IE

We are looking for a talented Learning Manager to join our International Commercialisation Learning team, a high-impact function within our global Worldwide Commercialisation Learning (WWCL) organisation. This is a role for someone who thinks strategically, builds collaboratively and delivers with purpose. You will shape how our UK/Ireland commercial field force learns, grows and performs - directly influencing the expertise and capabilities that drive meaningful patient outcomes. What You Will Do You will own the end-to-end learning agenda for UK/Ireland commercial teams, working across Business Units to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that are innovative, effective and business-aligned. Your remit will span:

• Developing and executing strategic learning plans across all UK/Ireland Business Units
• Designing and delivering training covering disease state, clinical knowledge, product launches, selling skills, coaching and capability building
• Building and evolving learning curricula for field teams and first-line managers, both at induction and at advanced levels
• Acting as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, aligning learning solutions to commercial priorities
• Leveraging global resources from the WWCL Centre of Excellence to drive integrated, scalable training with minimal adaptation
• Measuring programme effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and applying insights to continuously raise the bar
• Championing innovative adult learning methodologies and digital platforms to accelerate skill development
• Collaborating with Learning Managers across international markets and project managing key global learning initiatives locally
Who You Will Work With Reporting to the Commercialisation Learning Lead for UK/Ireland, CEE and TIMER, you will partner with a broad matrix of stakeholders including Sales Management, Marketing, Strategy and Operations, HR, Medical, and external vendors - bringing people together to deliver learning that makes a real difference., BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree (MBA, PharmD or similar) is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with a proven track record in field learning development and execution
• Experience designing and delivering learning strategies and programmes in a commercial setting
• Solid grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels including senior leadership
• A project management mindset - organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Curiosity, creativity and a drive to innovate in response to an ever-evolving business environment
• Experience working with external vendors and agencies
• A valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
