Full Job Description

You'll be a part of a wider group of six associates-three in your direct team and three in a partnering team located in the same building on campus. Both teams work closely together and often share breaks and lunches. The team is committed to delivering high-quality operational support to the on-site laboratories. You'll be part of our Lab and Production Services department, which supports leading pharmaceutical companies and laboratories worldwide, advancing research and development in the Life Sciences industry.,

  • Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
  • Use equipment software to maintain traceability of calibration data
  • Manage laboratory supplies using computer systems, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory adherence
  • Write, review, and update work instructions, risk assessments, and SOPs
  • Support the Laboratory Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, including health and safety walks, being a Point of Contact for customer and audits

    Education: A degree in a scientific subject is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience:
  • + 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience, including equipment maintenance (e.g., pipettes, balances, pH meters) + Familiarity with LIMS or other laboratory software + Knowledge of GMP standards is a plus + Customer-facing experience is highly desirable, including roles in hospitality, retail, or warehouse settings + Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and laboratory systems + A self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet, excellent communication skills, a quality-driven mindset, and high attention to detail
