Senior Inquest Solicitor

The role will primarily focus on managing a caseload of inquest files for our various NHS clients, care homes and other organisations, and possibly some of the broader healthcare advisory work. The role is mainly based in London but some travel nationally may be required. With our diverse offering, there may be both the scope and need for our lawyers to be involved in work for clients outside of their core caseload. Main duties and responsibilities Manage a case load of files Attend Inquest hearings at court, including travel. Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests Meetings with clients and witnesses in preparation for court hearings. perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role #LI-Hybrid, About You You will have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.
