You will be leading and managing the operational support of IT solutions and services. You can expect to lead and support third party provision of IT Operations services and provide expertise to programmes and projects, as well as the development of architectural solutions for technology. You will lead Incident and Service Management with the resolution of critical major incidents/issues impacting live service and ensure all certificate renewals are completed on time. This role is critical to ensure the prevention of security issues regarding the integration of HR and Finance data between systems and suppliers, including breaches in UK-GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

• Understanding of Service Management Framework e.g. ITIL
• Experience of Data Engineering and Manipulation
• Experience of operations management at an enterprise level
• Proven track record of leading teams
• Experience of working with senior key stakeholders in the organisation

Pay of £55,557 plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance., Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and sometime collaborating face to face in a hub. Pay: For roles outside London the pay is £55,557. If you're based in London, the pay is £61,089.
