- Secure design and operation of hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Provide technical support to internal colleagues and management
- Manage Linux and Windows Server 2016+ environments
- Oversee Proxmox virtualization activities
- Ensure effective reverse proxy web server management
- Support application proxy gateway operations
- Manage cloud and hybrid server environments
- Implement ITIL frameworks and MDM platforms
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange (Online / Hybrid)
- Oversee IIS and secure web server hosting
- Manage identity integration solutions (Knox, Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Administer TrueNAS storage systems
- Manage file services including SMB, NFS, and iSCSI
- Handle backup and recovery processes using Veeam systems
- Oversee RADIUS authentication and policy generation
- Manage PKI and server certificate operations
- Implement cross-platform identity integration solutions
- Design and segment network infrastructures
- Work with Cisco and Ubiquiti hardware
- Manage VPNs and secure connectivity solutions
- Operate Kubernetes clusters and manage persistent storage
- Implement certificate-based authentication mechanisms
- Apply cybersecurity principles to network and identity security
- Perform monitoring, logging, and incident response activities

Proficient in Linux and Windows Server 2016+ administration - Experience with Proxmox virtualization
- Familiarity with Reverse Proxy Web Server Management
- Knowledge of Application Proxy Gateway
- Experience with cloud and hybrid server environments
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and MDM platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Exchange (Online / Hybrid)
- Experience with IIS and secure web server hosting
- Knowledge of identity integration (Knox, Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Experience with TrueNAS administration
