Full Job Description

  • Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network, and Security
  • Managing deployments/rollouts
  • Defining and documenting best practices and support procedures
  • Providing technical designs and implementation plans for new systems
  • Producing high-quality documentation to support workarounds and/or resolutions to assist in knowledge transfer and efficiencies
  • Providing expertise to Projects and Business Service Requests to ensure tasks and milestones are achieved in a timely manner
  • Deploying and maintaining Azure resources across customer environments
  • Implementing and supporting Azure landing zones and subscription structures
  • Operating Azure services in line with governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Configuring and supporting Azure networking components including VNets, peering, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Azure DNS, and UDRs
  • Monitoring and managing the Flogas Network ensuring appropriate capacity and security is in place
  • Participating in incident response, problem management, and RCA
  • Identifying opportunities for optimisation (cost, performance, security)

    5 years experience in a large-scale complex IT environment
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure
  • Solid understanding of Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
  • Interest in cloud infrastructure and managed services environments
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
  • Desirable: Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900)
  • Desirable: Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent certification
  • Desirable: PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting
  • Desirable: Experience with Infrastructure as Code
