Senior Information Security Consultant (GRC / Security Architect)

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Consultant (GRC/Security Architect) to join our Professional Services team and support clients in designing, assessing, and strengthening their security strategies, architectures, and cloud environments.
This is a senior, hands-on consulting role focused on delivering high-quality security advisory, architecture, and risk-based guidance to enterprise clients across regulated industries.
What you'll do:Plan and lead information security consulting engagements, including security assessments, architecture design, cloud security, and policy/process reviews (with a strong focus on PCI)Assess clients' security posture, identify risks and gaps, and recommend practical remediation strategiesDesign security architectures aligned with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCIAct as a subject matter expert across security domains including network security, cloud security, IAM, cryptography, and secure application developmentCollaborate with clients to translate business goals and risk tolerance into actionable security requirementsLead consulting projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, and deliverablesProduce clear, well-structured reports and executive-ready deliverablesParticipate in pre-sales activities, including project scoping and proposal developmentMentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of Hitachi Cyber's
security practices
If you recognize yourself in the following, we'd love to meet you:7+ years of experience in information security consulting or related servicesStrong background in security architecture, risk management, and control assessmentsExperience working with enterprise environments and complex security ecosystemsProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, PCI DSS, or equivalentProven ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business-level guidanceExperience leading projects and engaging with senior stakeholders and executivesStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skillsPassion for continuous learning and staying current in cybersecurityWillingness to travel as required
