ShooSmiths LLP is looking for an HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR solutions across multiple locations, including Manchester, Northampton, London, and Birmingham. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to enhance performance and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, coaching management teams, and leading initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience as an HR Business Partner and a CIPD Chartered membership or equivalent experience. Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic HR solutions across multiple locations.
