Full Job Description

The RGS Worcester Family of Schools seeks to invite applicants for the position of Senior HR Advisor on a maternity cover basis.

The successful candidate will work as part of the HR department under the direction of the Head of HR to provide professional advisory, recruitment and employee relations support across the RGS Family of Schools. The successful candidate will be based at RGS Worcester Senior School, with travel to RGSW sites as and when required, working closely with key staff across the RGS sites.
