Full Job Description
SPEAR, Twickenham, London hybrid HR team, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle and support managers, leading on complex employee relations cases and driving strategic HR projects.You will report to the HR Director, contribute to policy development and HR service improvements, and deputise when needed. The role requires CIPD Level 5 and robust HR generalist experience.
