Full Job Description
- Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and support across performance management, employee relations and people-related challenges
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys and communications across the site
- Analyse and report on key HR metrics including attendance, attrition, headcount and absence trends to support business decision making
- Support recruitment, people development programmes, HR projects and cultural change initiatives that drive business performance
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building trusted relationships and influencing positive outcomes? Do you have the confidence to guide managers through complex employee relations matters while balancing business needs and colleague experience? Are you passionate about creating an engaging workplace culture where people can perform at their best?, Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced logistics, transport or operational environment - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and employee relations case management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively at all levels
- A proactive and resilient approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9-5 with flexibility required, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £39,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
