What will I do?

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee Relations case workload and managing the Employee Relations team. Responsible for providing expert advice in line with business strategy and support on a range of HR matters, ensuring accurate advice and support is provided in line with all company procedures and legal requirements.

Is this the role for me?

  • You'll be qualified to CIPD Level 5, or above, or equivalent experience
  • Have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
  • Have a sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Analyse and report on HR Metrics, KPIs and GDPR for Senior Leadership Team COR Pack
  • Willing to embrace new ways of working and bring creative ideas and innovation to the team to support the continued improvement of the HR function
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels and challenge, when appropriate with tact and diplomacy
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism with respect and empathy for others and the ability to act as an ambassador for the company at all times
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience working in a multi-site business desirable
