Full Job Description

You'll play a key role in supporting patients with continence needs, delivering care through face-to-face, telephone, and virtual appointments. Your work will make a real difference through education, and practical support. You'll be:

  • Carrying out clinical continence re-assessments to determine product eligibility
  • Accurately recording all care and actions in patient records
  • Taking basic observations and performing bladder scans
  • Supporting safe and effective product use through education and guidance
  • Managing buffer stock, including occasional delivery/collection of products
  • Undertaking risk assessments and identifying onward referrals where needed
