stakeholders to embed best-in-class HSW practices in a complex and ever-evolving construction environment.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Providing expert HSW advice and support to delivery teams across the project lifecycle.Ensuring compliance with all relevant H&S legislation, client and contractual requirements.Supporting project documentation reviews and attending pre-start planning meetings.Leading safety inspections, site tours and HSW engagement activities.Representing the CWA in client meetings and working groups.Investigating incidents and adverse events, and identifying improvement opportunities.Delivering training sessions, briefings and awareness campaigns.Supporting junior team members through mentoring and coaching.Deputising for the HSW Manager as required.Promoting innovation and new technology to improve safety performance.To be successful, you'll bring:A strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations and compliance frameworks.Experience managing
