Senior Health & Protection Consultant

We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our London, Chichester or Birmingham offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
  • Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business
  • Work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans

What you need to have:

  • In depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential
  • Financial and Commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills
  • Consulting and relationship management skills
  • Technical, product and process knowledge
  • Inter-personal, communication and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
