- Provide compassionate support and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
- Supervise and mentor junior care staff, promoting best practices in care delivery
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of personalised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medication and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Support the organisation of activities that promote residents' wellbeing and engagement
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies within the care environment
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Health Care Assistant (Bank) to join our team within a reputable care home specialising in senior care.
