What you'll actually do!

  • You'll work closely with the Group Business Support Team Manager and wider IT team to support and maintain key business systems across the Group, ensuring infrastructure and security solutions are operating effectively and kept up to date.

  • You'll provide 3rd line support for infrastructure and security-related issues, helping to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems while working alongside third-party support partners where required.

  • A key focus of the role will be supporting cyber security compliance and awareness across all sites, helping to drive best practice, support training activity, and maintain security standards across the business.

  • You'll also support the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure environments, including servers, cloud platforms, networking, and security technologies.

  • You'll contribute to a variety of IT projects across the Group, supporting system improvements, upgrades, and implementations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • The role will also involve occasional travel to UK sites to provide onsite support and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Ideally this is you!

  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure, networks, or security environments

  • Understanding of networking principles, security technologies, and cyber security risks

  • Working knowledge of Windows Servers, virtual environments, and Azure Active Directory

  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms such as Azure or AWS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised with the ability to manage priorities and workload effectively

  • Flexible and proactive approach to supporting the wider business

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to UK sites where required

What's in it for you?

  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave

  • Enhanced Pension Scheme

  • Free Employee Assistance Programme (open to colleagues and their families)

  • Retail discounts via our Benefits Hub platform

  • Refer a Friend Scheme (up to £300 per referral - T&C's dependent)

  • Employee Recognition Awards

  • Extensive Learning & Development opportunities (including sponsored professional memberships and in-house development courses)

  • An opportunity to be part of a growing organisation

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you can make a real impact on product innovation, shape development strategy, and play a key role in delivering products that delight customers and drive business growth.
