Remote working Governance role with a supportive boutique professional services firm., Board & Committee support & minute takingMaking and maintaining good relationships with clientsManaging Diligent Entities including share allotments/transfers/ confirmation statementsFormation of companies and other entitiesAdvising on cosec compliance and governance matters

About you:Must be CGI QualifiedMust have very strong Board & Committee support & minute takingAt least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UKGood working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006Good working knowledge of Diligent EntitiesKnowledge of Shares This role would be suitable for someone looking for great flexibility in a supportive and friendly team with a background in Cosec.
