Senior General Manager - Brighton i360

As a Senior General Manager, you'll lead the full operation across the restaurant, bar, café, events and visitor experience. You'll be responsible for:

• Driving sales, profitability and guest experience
• Leading a large team across multiple departments
• Managing high-volume trade, seasonal peaks and events
• Keeping labour, stock, standards and budgets under control
• Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
• Ensuring compliance, licensing and operational standards are sharp
• Spotting commercial opportunities and helping shape the next chapter of i360
  
  We're looking for a seasoned operator who knows how to lead big, busy, multi-faceted venues. Someone who can bring structure without killing the fun, drive process and performance without losing the guest experience, and lead from the front when the site is in full swing., You'll already have experience running large, complex hospitality operations., Proven Senior GM operator experience
