Senior Food Safety & Quality Auditor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Auditor to join our Technical team in Grantham.

You'll help maintain and improve our Quality Assurance systems, ensuring products meet customer, quality, food safety, and legal requirements. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Hygiene, and Technical teams, you'll play a key role in driving compliance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting internal and external audits.

Auditing factory processes, products, hygiene standards, and documentation.

Identifying non-conformances and driving corrective actions.

Monitoring product quality and supporting traceability exercises.

Supporting HACCP, food safety, and key quality processes.

Providing technical support and promoting continuous improvement.

Essential

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Well organised and self-motivated.

Team player with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to build effective relationships across departments.

HACCP, BRCGS, food safety, and food hygiene knowledge.

Food manufacturing experience.

Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
