Full Job Description

Please ensure you personally complete your application and read all the instructions carefully to maximise your chances of success., The role is varied and interesting and will involve collating information from various sources to charge clients for services received. You will be arranging appointments for financial assessment officers, updating and maintaining records on our case management systems, processing correspondence and handling queries from the public and social care colleagues.
The role also plays a key part in the issue of invoices to collect social care charging income.

You will demonstrate effective communication skills in order to present information both verbally and in writing. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and under your own supervision. You should be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills, with the ability to plan, develop and prioritise your work. In addition, you will possess accurate numeracy skills to ensure correct information is recorded and processed and have good systems and spreadsheet skills., This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
