Full Job Description

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Manage reconciliations, journals, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet controls.
Support inventory, costing, statutory reporting, tax, audit, and compliance processes.
Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions.
Coach and develop the Financial Accountant while driving process improvements across the team.

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong financial accounting and period-end close experience.
ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, plus strong Excel skills.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
Experience managing or supervising others.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
