Moto is the largest operator of Motorway Service Areas in the UK offering a number of leading high street brands such as BP Forecourts, M&S Simply Foods, WH Smith, Costa Coffee, Burger King, KFC, Pret A Manger and West Cornwall Pasty.As our Senior Finance Manager - Operations is a key finance partner to Operations leadership, responsible for transforming operational data into clear, actionable insight and supporting the delivery of performance-improvement projects across the estate.The role focuses on operational profitability, efficiency, and execution, using strong dashboards, KPI frameworks, and hands-on project support to improve decision-making and outcomes.
