Senior Finance Administrator (Fixed-Term) at More House School

Purpose of the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Administrator to provide short-term capacity within our Finance Department during a period of operational transition. Working closely with the Finance Manager and two Finance Assistants, the post-holder will provide hands-on support across the full range of day-to-day finance operations. The role requires someone confident, adaptable, and able to step into both finance assistant duties and selected elements of the Finance Manager's routine workload. Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and MS Excel is essential. Key Responsibilities General duties include:

• Provide cover across the finance team and take on tasks typically completed by Finance Assistants.
• Undertake some elements of the Finance Manager's workload such as transaction review/queries.
• Respond to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive working environment within the Finance Team.
