Full Job Description
Barton Peveril is a highly successful 6th Form College and we have an opportunity for a Senior Examinations Officer to join our Exams and MIS Team. This role is a full-time permanent role.
You will oversee the exams team and manage the workload of the office including making candidate entries, planning and managing the operational elements of examination sessions, overseeing the work of invigilators and dealing with results and post-results services. You will work closely with the Examinations and Assessment Manager to ensure full compliance with JCQ regulations and act in their absence.
You will be comfortable leading a team, working with data and be confident in using data rich software. You will have excellent knowledge of JCQ regulations, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be able to communicate with all levels of staff, students, parents and be able to give outstanding customer service. You must be a team player who is approachable and flexible within your work.
