{"description": " Job Description: Job Title Senior Engineer, MSSQL Location London Corporate Title Assistant Vice President We are hiring a Senior Engineer reporting to the Head of MSSQL Engineering to deliver infrastructure engineering solutions. The Database Engineering team in Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is responsible for the design of database products and integrating them with other infrastructure services such as hosting, storage, backup and monitoring. You will maintain standard builds, implement controls and tools and devise strategies to meet the business requirements of application teams using MSSQL. You will be part of the team acting as the global escalation point for critical MSSQL platform issues. The ability to create and maintain services/scripts which can be used to automate common database administration activities Strong skills in scripting and automation using Python, C#, Powershell and SQL; Jenkins, Ansible, and git are advantageous, as is .NET framework development. Use of Oauth2, EIDP and Certificate based authentication mechanisms Experience developing applications with MSSQL database connections eg OLEDB, ODBC, JDBC Deep understanding of
