Full Job Description
- Proactively identify, propose, and support the implementation of technological evolutions for the platform
- Gather workflow needs with production teams across all Eurosport offices
- Write workflow, project and engineering documentation
- Centralize and design workflows on MAM and Post-Production creation
- Follow up development and test deliveries
- Coordinate broadcast and IT teams on integration projects Support
- Tier 3 support
- Ensure day-to-day platform updates are shared with Tier 2 support
Degree in Technology or similar - Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Comfortable working independently and driving work forward
- Strong team player with self-motivation and a consistent customer-service mindset
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Sport, News, Production and Documentary environments
- Experience with MAM, Post-Production and workflow engine tools
- Strong broadcast technical background (IP video 2110, AES67, NMOS, video and audio formats and codecs)
- Good understanding of IT technologies and related challenges (network, virtualization, storage, cloud services, security)
- Continuous technology watch to keep systems efficient and aligned with business growth And More…

The London and Paris teams manage the engineering and Tier 3 support of this new group, supported by two playout centers and all the European markets from Eurosport. - Permanent contract Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
