Full Job Description

  • MEng/BEng/Foundation Degree/BTEC/ Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in undertaking the role as CRE & TWC within a Rail, Civil Engineering Groundworks or Structures environment
  • Mentoring Project and Assistant Engineers
  • Managing direct and subcontract works
  • Ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety are maintained on site
  • Good understanding of contracts and providing support to the commercial team in managing costs and maximising engineering efficiencies.
  • Managing the integration of the Civils scope of work from the design, into the construction stage and managing the interfaces with other disciplines on the project.
  • Writing tender scope, technical specifications for Civils engineering works
  • PTS
  • CSCS

    • We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineer / CRE-C to join the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The role will be based from our office in Gravesend, working within our Earthworks team and covering schemes predominantly across the Kent route.
