Senior Engagement Officer

You will support the delivery of engagement teams work in line with the 10 year plan and other key relevant policies, to support the current and future needs of commissioners, employers, trade unions. Through smart and efficient ways of working (systems and technology), enable and assist the engagement manager to develop, design and deliver network activities.,

• Use a range of engagement and communication tools to forward plan, deliver and support participation in meetings/events that enable stakeholders to progress key priorities.
• Have oversight of all team activities to provide prompts and outline drafts in relation to planning, delivery, follow up actions and note-taking, comms, resources, briefings, attendance and evaluation.
• Summarise information and identify trends in a timely manner, and work with the engagement manager and Assistant Director to identify insights and themes for potential product and policy development.
• Ensure that effective and timely communications are delivered to stakeholders and signposting to relevant resources.
