• Lead the electrical design of building services, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Take ownership of projects, shaping them with your ideas and expertise.
• Collaborate with design teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to problem-solving, ensuring that designs are efficient, innovative, and meet industry standards.
• Mentor junior designers and share your knowledge.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of electrical design experience in the built environment, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software, as well as an understanding of modern building services.
