Full Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Senior Directorate Support Officer (Business Projects) to play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects, performance management and business improvement across the Communities Directorate.
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships and helping drive continuous improvement across services that make a real difference to communities.
In this role you will:
Support the delivery of key Directorate projects and business priorities
Help develop and improve systems, processes and performance reporting
Analyse and validate performance data and produce meaningful reports
Support public consultations, surveys, focus groups and engagement activities
Work closely with managers, partners and stakeholders across the Directorate
Assist with risk and performance management processes
Support the planning and delivery of community events and initiatives
Ensure compliance with GDPR and document retention requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills, who is proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality support services.
