As part of this, we are redesigning our Organisational Development & Culture (OD&C) service and are recruiting Senior OD Advisers to play a critical role in building capability and supporting organisational change. For our Senior Digital Learning Design & Learning Management Systems role, we're looking for a digital learning specialist who can translate our organisational priorities into learning that supports how people work â€" helping us adapt, build capability and embed new ways of working. This isn't just about building courses. It's about creating engaging, practical learning experiences â€" where colleagues can test knowledge, practise skills, and build confidence in a safe digital environment. You'll use our learning platform to ensure content is accessible, relevant and impactful â€" supporting everything from compliance through to transformation, and helping our workforce deliver the best possible services to our customers. About the role This role is for you if you bring:
- Handsâ€'on experience of LMS platforms and digital learning systems
- Strong digital learning design capability
- A practical, userâ€'centred approach to learning and adoption
Strong experience in digital learning design and learning systems - Handsâ€'on knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools + Ability to design learning that is accessible, engaging and embedded in practice OD Generalist Foundation You will bring a strong organisational development foundation alongside your digital learning expertise, using OD approaches to ensure learning translates into meaningful change in how people work. You'll be confident diagnosing organisational and behavioural challenges and working with leaders to shape practical, evidenceâ€'led solutions that build capability and embed new ways of working. You will move seamlessly between digital learning design and OD practice â€" ensuring learning is relevant, applied and aligned to organisational priorities.
