Senior Dental Nurse Advisor - Out of Hours Dental Service

This is a dynamic leadership role for three days per week, to include Saturday, Sunday and one other day. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the OOHs Health Roster, completing staff bank shift payments, and providing Dental nurse advisor support on site for the OOHs Service to include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays., The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring adequate clinical, nursing and reception cover for the OOH clinics , completing ongoing staff programmes and circulating as appropriate, and providing line management and leadership for all sessional Band 4 Dental Nurses and Band 3 Clinic co-ordinators (including appraisals and inductions ). The post-holder will also provide support to the OOHs Lead Dentist, PCDS Clinical Lead and Operations Manager, and Dental Nurse Line Managers., people and vulnerable adults.
