SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to work alongside our Customer Data Science team designing, building and maintaining robust, scalable data solutions that enable advanced decision making across the organisation. This data engineering role will be focused on enabling data scientists to work effectively through reliable data foundations, well-orchestrated workflows and collaborative delivery. The role spans the full stack of data product development - from data ingestion, transformation and orchestration through to APIs, event-driven architectures, Databricks applications and user-facing solutions. Working closely with data scientists, product and delivery partners, you will engage with a wide range of business and technical challenges, bringing strong technical ownership, proactive problem-solving and a clear focus on sustainable engineering practices.All the detailsWhat You'll doYour key accountabilities will includeDesign, build and maintain robust, scalable

data pipelines that support data science workflows and advanced analytics use casesDevelop and manage complex Airflow orchestration, ensuring pipelines are reliable, observable and maintainableWork hands-on with Databricks suite to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions for data science teamsContribute to collaborative development through GitHub, code reviews and shared engineering standardsWork effectively in feature-led environments, supporting repeatable, controlled and high-quality deliveryWho you areYour skills and experience will includeStrong data engineering experience, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and be accountable for delivery outcomes.Experience supporting data science workflows and partnering closely with data scientists to enable successful delivery.Clear and effective communicator who collaborates well across teams and contributes positively to shared outcomes.Proactive problem solver who focuses on root-cause analysis, resolution, and the
