Full Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a strategic leader in analytics, setting the standard for data-driven decision-making. You will architect and deliver advanced analytics, automation, and visualisation solutions, lead process transformation, and mentor the analytics team to achieve excellence. You'll help us make health happen by

  • Set the analytics strategy and lead the most complex data analysis projects
  • Architect and deliver enterprise-level dashboards and visualisation solutions (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Demonstrate expert-level Excel skills for modelling, automation, and advanced reporting
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing business strategy
  • Lead large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics, ensuring best practice and compliance
  • Communicate and present insights at the highest organisational levels
  • Develop, optimise, and review advanced code and statistical models (SQL, R, Python)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Set standards for Snowflake usage across the team; architect and optimise enterprise-scale data solutions using Snowflake; mentor others in advanced Snowflake techniques

    Expert-level experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and automation
  • Mastery of Power BI/Tableau and Excel
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement and automation at scale
  • Deep expertise in healthcare analytics and data governance
  • Advanced coding/statistical skills (SQL, R, Python)
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring analytics teams
  • Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake, including architecture, optimisation, security, and mentoring others in best practices
