Full Job Description
The Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC) is a cyber threat actor focused intelligence team that discovers, tracks and disrupts threats to protect Microsoft and its customers and partners. MSTIC is seeking a skilled 'Cyber Threat Intelligence Liaison' to join our team to manage our partnerships with European organizations that share MSTIC's vision. The ideal candidate will deliver and manage productive partnerships that accelerate both parties' ability to discover and counter serious cyber threats. They will cement Microsoft's reputation as an intelligence partner with unique insight into cyber threats. Responsibilities:
- Working with the European partnership lead, to build and maintain enduring relationships with European partners that deliver productive exchanges of impactful cyber threat intelligence.
- Manage daily interactions between MSTIC and a portfolio of European partners. Enable delivery on prioritised threats per MSTIC's objectives and facilitate effective threat intelligence collaboration with partner organizations for mutual benefit.
- Identify, develop, and deliver projects that strengthen collaboration between MSTIC and its partners.
- Help build capability and effectiveness of the partnership team by identifying and helping improve processes, documentation, and knowledge. Utilise these capabilites to effectively manage and monitor the status of MSTIC's partnerships.
- Democratize access to partnerships across MSTIC's threat intelligence team by building a knowledge base of partner strengths and interests.
- Represent MSTIC in discussions and workshops with European partners.
Proven experience of partnership-building in cybersecurity, intelligence, international relations, diplomatic, or similar role. - Experience managing relationships with government and/or industry partners.
- Strong understanding of nation-state and sophisticated criminal cyber threats.
- Demonstrated experience of working in cyber investigations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
