The gross tip amount paid for 2025 was £2,880. This figure is based on a 40-hour full-time employee over the course of the calendar year. Please note that tips are subject to standard tax and National Insurance deductions, in line with salary payments. This amount is provided as a guideline only and does not constitute a guaranteed sum. Tips are distributed by an independent tronc committee.
As a Croupier, you can earn up to £1,000 bonus in your first year on top of your salary! £500 after 6 months service plus another £500 after 12 months service. Are you an expert in dealing popular casino games like roulette and blackjack?
Inspect and deal all games within the casino, ensuring table security is to the highest standard possible.
Carry out all gaming operations, including table administration, opening and closing procedures and soft count operations.
Ensure that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to.
Explaining the rules of games to customers, as well as other club facilities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Acknowledgement and understanding of customers' needs.
An efficient team player.
Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
