The post holder will be the senior manager responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of a portfolio of contracts aligned to the care group they report into. The post holder will ensure that there are excellent working relationships with other senior members of the Trust including Operational, Finance & Information teams and the wider Trust.
Main duties of the job
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Management of a portfolio of clinical contracts
Annual contract negotiation and documentation - support and translate Trust priorities into signed contracts that meets national and local requirements, including financial and quality parameters,
Ensuring alignment of annual contracting processes and contractual documentation to NHS Planning Guidance
Monthly contract monitoring and management - lead the management of the contract portfolio for the Trust to support the Trusts business and strategic objectives
