Senior Construction Safety Consultant

Manage projects and deliver CDM & safety consultancy services

Develop and review Pre-Construction Information, Design Risk Registers, Construction Phase Plans and H&S Files

Chair Design Team Meetings and ensure design risks are captured

Review RAMS and high-risk work activities

Undertake site safety visits and produce reports with corrective actions

Attend client and site meetings and produce technical reports

Develop risk assessments and client-focused safety solutions

Senior experience as a Principal Designer and CDM Advisor

Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction risk management

Excellent project management and client-facing skills

Ability to communicate regulatory requirements clearly

Full UK driving licence

Willing to travel and occasionally work away from home
