About You The successful candidate will possess the following expertise: A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Extensive experience will be considered. Significant senior-level finance experience within the construction or infrastructure sector. Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting large-scale construction projects. Excellent financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Strong
  
  understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project accounting. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Minimum of 3-5 years of finance experience preferably within construction, and have strong working knowledge of CIS and VAT Extensive hands-on experience using Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, Word etc Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
